Job Description
Are you highly organised, calm under pressure and looking for a role where your work genuinely matters?
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our Richmond-based team on a 14-month maternity cover contract.
We are a specialist, nurse-led home care provider supporting clients with spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions and acquired brain injury. As partners of the Spinal Injuries Association and members of BABICM, we provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps people live safely and independently at home.
This is a full-time role based in Richmond, London, with a starting salary of £28,000 per annum, or commensurate with experience.
As Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in making sure care runs smoothly day to day. You will be involved in rota planning, communication with carers and clients, problem-solving, supporting staff and working closely with our care management team.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
