Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to colleagues and assist the Service Manager in managing the daily operations of the service.
  • Support individuals (residents) in engaging with meaningful opportunities and activities, fostering an enjoyable and rewarding life filled with new experiences.
  • Implement high-quality, person-centred care through coordinated team efforts.
  • Participate in community activities, from leisure to events, ensuring residents’ needs are met and celebrated.
  • Communicate effectively while respecting each person’s unique communication preferences.
