Care Home Administrator (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Mount Merrion Avenue
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Care Home Administrator to join our welcoming team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced administrator to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment, ensuring the smooth operations of our care home while making a positive impact on residents’ lives.
About The Role
As a Care Home Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing full administrative support to the home and home manager, including:
- Residents’ personal allowance management
- Diary management, minute taking, photocopying, filing, and maintaining records
- Delivering excellent customer service, including:
- Effective communication over the phone, face-to-face, and in writing with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring resident records and archiving are handled in compliance with GDPR and company policy
- Punctual invoice submission to head office
- Supporting HR and operational activities

This is an excellent opportunity for a Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) role with a competitive hourly salary of £14.29 and company benefits.
