Now, we’re seeking a warm, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Home Administrator at Rowan Court Care Home, based in Newcastle under Lyme.
About The Role
As Care Home Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative and operational tasks within the home. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the General Manager and other team members in administrative duties
- Collecting and reporting resident and care data to support invoice processing by Head Office
- Following up on late fee payments, pursuing arrears, and escalating concerns to Head Office as needed
- Compiling and filing weekly/monthly payroll returns
- Providing clerical support for routine management tasks
- Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding of new staff

About You

Key Responsibilities:
✔ A minimum of three years of business administration experience ✔ Fluency with computer systems and administrative tools ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including professional telephone manners ✔ Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks efficiently ✔ Diplomatic and relationship-driven, fostering positive staff relationships throughout the business
