Job Description
Residential Children’s Care Home Manager £55000 to £60,000
East London / Essex
Relocation package available for the right match.
I am looking to speak with an experienced Care Home Manager who has proven experience in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.

The children’s needs are complex and this is why I am looking for a Manager who can bring a wealth of knowledge within a children’s residential setting and someone who can lead their team in the delivery of compassionate and supportive care.

🔸 A snapshot
- Minimum of 2 years at managerial level within a similar care home
- Advanced knowledge of safeguarding
- Enhanced DBS
- Ideally Ofsted registered or working towards the registration
- NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children and Young Adults)
- Full UK driver's license
- You must have the right to work, sponsorship is not provided.
