Receptionist – Fordingbridge Care Home (Part-Time)

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our fabulous care home team. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and families, you’ll help create a warm and supportive environment while keeping the reception area running smoothly.

Hours: 24 hours per week

Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors, residents, and relatives with a warm welcome
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing the reception desk and signing in visitors
  • Handling basic admin tasks such as emails, filing, and messages
  • Supporting the care home team with general office duties
