Care Leaver Hub (Here4U) Manager
As we embed our structural shift in line with National Reforms, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Work Manager to lead our Care Leaver Hub (Here4U) and play a pivotal role in shaping services for some of our most vulnerable young people.
As Care Leaver Hub (Here4U) Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Deputy Managers, Social Workers and Personal Advisors, driving high-quality, relationship-based practice that helps young people thrive as they transition into adulthood.
You will champion corporate parenting principles, strengthen partnership working across children's and adult services, and ensure our care leavers, children in care, and young people seeking safety via asylum receive the support they need to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary Care Leaver Hub, ensuring high-quality, child-centred practice and positive outcomes for young people.
- Providing leadership, supervision and professional support to Deputy Hub Managers, Social Workers and Personal Advisors.
- Driving continuous improvement through quality assurance, performance management and service development initiatives.
- Promoting strong safeguarding practice, effective risk management and successful transition planning.
- Building effective partnerships with health, education, housing, adult social care and other key agencies.
- Championing an aspirational corporate parenting culture that encourages young people to reach their full potential.

Who We're Looking For
- A qualified Social Worker (BA, MA or MSc in Social Work) with substantial post-qualification experience in children's social care and safeguarding.
- Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams.
- Strong knowledge of children's legislation, safeguarding practice and relationship-based social work.
- Experience of managing performance, resources and budgets effectively.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding services for care experienced young people and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
