Job Title: Care & Maintenance Coordinator - DEL10115

Role Details
- Act as the focal point for the day-to-day activities being delivered at the warehouse facility.
- Support the C&M team’s planning and preparation of the C&M work packs, permits and other authorisations.
- Ensure the safe and effective co-ordination and execution of the C&M activities being performed within the warehouse.
- Co-ordinate (with the IPS & LLP) and facilitate C&M personnel attending the warehouse to undertake C&M activities, including the provision of enabling services and making work areas, consumables & tooling available.
- Oversee operational readiness and workforce engagement.
- Supervise the C&M teams onsite and engage with LLP to maintain a safe, compliant, and well controlled working environment.
- Report C&M progress, activities and status.
- Ensure the timely capture, organisation and submission of C&M records.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve and overcome operational issues and challenges, and close out C&M findings / NCRs.
- Provide learning & feedback and support the implementation of continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Facilitation
- Coordinating access with LLP.
- Coordinate the supply and storage (by the LLP) of tooling (if required) and consumables, including the timely provision, review and acceptance of COSHH assessments.
- Coordinate with the LLP IP Operative visits, inductions, duty holder cover and issue resolution.
- Raising SONIM requests and coordinating with 3rd party.

Findings Handling
- Maintain Findings log and coordinate with Construction Engineers and Client Project Managers for resolution.
- Implement Standard Field Solution Work Packs as required.
HSE
- Act as the on-site HSE operational lead, providing supervision and support, assisting in embedding a robust and effective safety culture, and prioritising HSE at all times.
- Ensure the adequacy of Duty Holder cover and local HSE arrangements and support from the LLP.
- Coordinate the implementation of the SSoW, work authorisation and Permit to Work (PtW) requests including approving concurrent work requests.
- Conduct HSE checks during weekly walkdowns and report deviations.
- Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly safety meetings.
- Log incidents/accidents and track corrective actions.
- Communicate safety alerts.
Induction and Work Monitoring
- Ensure induction processes comply with approved standards.
- Act as the Supervisor of the IP Operatives, deliver Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Daily activity briefs (DABS) (with LLP Support), completion and verification of PoWRA.
Other
- Conduct (with LLP support) pre-shift walkdowns at regular intervals.
- Coordinate with the LLP & IP Operative and setting to work.
- Oversee and enforce standards of housekeeping.
- Monitor and document issue resolution effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Engineering background as applied to C&M activities essential.
- HSE background essential, including a strong understanding of UK regulation as it applies to warehouse and maintenance activities.
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (required minimum standard).
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and other databases, demonstrable data manipulation, numerical and analytical skills.
