Are You Ready to Step Into a Leadership Role in Home Care?

We’re not just looking for a job title. We’re looking for the right person. If you’re an experienced care professional who’s ready to take the next step or a strong deputy or senior looking to own a role and grow with us, we want to hear from you.

This is a hands-on leadership position at the heart of our operation. You’ll be the person who keeps everything running well, for our clients, our staff, and our standards.

  • Client compliance - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and CQC-ready documentation
  • Staff compliance - supervisions, spot checks, training records, and DBS
  • Recruitment - attracting, interviewing and onboarding great care workers
  • Care coordination - rotas, scheduling, and matching the right carers to the right clients
  • Field care supervision - supporting your team out in the community
  • General administration - keeping the office running smoothly alongside the branch manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
