Children’s Homes Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational management of a team of Residential Practitioners, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to children & young people through a therapeutic approach.
- Work in collaboration with the Registered Manager to uphold excellence in service provision, compliance with registration legislation, and adherence to inspection & regulation standards.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence, ensuring the home is well-managed, effectively led, and that staff are fully supported.
- Safeguard the rights and interests of children & young people, ensuring their full involvement in care planning.
