Care Manager – Harrogate (Outstanding Home Care Provider)
About the Role

Join a supportive, award-winning team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to both clients and staff.
As a Care Manager in Harrogate, you will:
- Work closely with the Registered Branch Manager and care management team
- Coordinate, manage, and support care professionals
- Deliver outstanding care through scheduling, communication, and quality assurance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead communication with hourly care professionals, liaising with the resource manager regarding live-in care placements
- Ensure the right care professional is matched to the correct client and facilitate introductions before visits
- Support and assess care professionals’ performance continuously
- Manage new client enquiries and initial assessments
- Conduct ongoing client assessments and maintain detailed care plans in collaboration with the Registered Branch Manager
- Liaise with clients, families, and health professionals to plan, monitor, and evaluate care delivery
- Oversee staff and client records, ensuring quality assurance and training compliance
- Participate in the office on-call rota
- Work flexibly with the team to maintain outstanding care standards

Requirements
- Proven track record in the care sector
- Previous experience in a care coordinator or care manager role
- Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to support where needed within the home care team
- Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient, remaining calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Dedicated to upholding high standards of care and support
- Valid driving licence and access to your own car
