This is a large, dynamic and rewarding service supporting adults with a range of complex needs. You'll be leading a highly experienced team, including an established Deputy Manager, Team Leaders and Clinical Nurses, all working together to help people live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

What You'll Be Doing
As Registered Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership of the service, ensuring quality, compliance and excellent outcomes remain at the heart of everything we do.
You'll work closely with your team, healthcare professionals, families and local authorities, while supporting the continued development of a positive culture where people feel valued, respected and empowered.
Alongside leading day-to-day operations, you'll support the ongoing development of colleagues, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement across the service.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a nurse and you don't need previous experience in learning disabilities services to be successful in this role.
We're looking for somebody who can demonstrate:
- Experience in a management or senior leadership role within health or social care.
- A strong track record of leading and developing teams.
- Experience managing quality, compliance and operational performance.
- The confidence to lead a large and established service.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Strong relationship-building skills with professionals, families and colleagues.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- The ability to become registered with CQC.
