Registered Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We're currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Bedworth. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and welcoming service that supports younger adults as they develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to move into supported living and more independent lifestyles. The service has a strong and experienced team already in place, This means you'll have the foundations, support and stability to focus on what really matters – helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
About the Role
As Registered Service Manager, you'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and your team to ensure the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred support that enables them to live more independently.

You'll lead the day-to-day running of the service, supporting people to develop essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, maintaining a home, managing appointments and building confidence within their local community. Every day brings the opportunity to make a genuine difference as you help individuals prepare for the next stage of their journey towards independent living. Alongside leading and developing your team, you'll oversee quality, compliance and operational performance, ensuring the service continues to deliver excellent outcomes and remains a safe, positive and supportive environment for everyone.
This Could Be the Perfect Opportunity If..
You are an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take your first step into CQC registration, or you are already an established manager looking for a fresh challenge within a supportive organisation. We're interested in our Registered Service Manager having both the right values and the right experience.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a care management or senior leadership role
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs
- A passion for promoting independence and positive outcomes
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A good understanding of quality, compliance and person-centred support
- A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it
- The ability to undertake and maintain CQC registration
