About the Service

Located in Harrow, our detached residential home provides person-centred support for adults with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Complex support needs

This is a service with a genuine family feel, where relationships, compassion and person-centred support are at the heart of daily life. Alongside its strengths, the service presents an exciting challenge for a confident leader who can bring fresh ideas, strengthen performance and inspire the team on the next stage of its journey. Now we're looking for a leader who can bring energy, creativity and a fresh perspective to help us continue delivering outstanding support.

The Opportunity

As Service Manager, you'll have the freedom to lead, influence and inspire. You'll focus on:

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the service
  • Inspiring and developing a motivated, high-performing team
  • Creating a positive and inclusive culture
  • Building strong relationships with families and professionals
  • Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring truly person-centred support for every individual
  • Managing resources, occupancy and service performance
  • Supporting colleagues through coaching, development and recognition
  • Most importantly, you'll help create a home where the people we support can live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.

Who We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from:

  • Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge
  • Care Managers ready to step into their first registration
  • Service Managers within adult social care looking for greater autonomy and development

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals
  • Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads with compassion, positivity and purpose.
