Registered Supported Living Manager

£37,500 per annum + £240 per month Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? Or perhaps you're an established Supported Living Manager ready to step up into a larger, multi-site leadership role?

About the Opportunity

This is a rewarding and varied leadership role overseeing 7 Supported Living services supporting adults with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities
  • Down syndrome
  • Additional complex support needs

You'll lead a well-established service infrastructure that includes a Service Coordinator and Scheme Leaders, whilst continuing to strengthen management capacity and operational excellence.

You'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and internal stakeholders to ensure the people we support receive exceptional, person-centred care that promotes independence, choice and positive outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Registered Supported Living Manager, you'll:

  • Lead the day-to-day operational performance of multiple Supported Living services
  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership across dispersed teams
  • Drive excellent standards of care, quality and compliance
  • Ensure all services meet CQC, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Complete audits, quality assurance activities and service improvement plans
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals
  • Support and develop Scheme Leaders to create a strong leadership culture

About You

We're seeking a confident and experienced leader who combines operational excellence with a passion for people.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, or a proven care manager ready to take the next step
  • Strong Supported Living experience managing multiple services or geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to undertake)
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
  • Strong governance, compliance and quality assurance skills
  • Financial and budget management experience
  • A visible, hands-on leadership style
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A stable career history demonstrating commitment and achievement
  • Most importantly, you'll be passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives and creating a culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
