Care Manager – Windsor
Salary: £30K-45K per annum + Performance Incentives

Heritage Healthcare Windsor is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Care Manager to lead our local home care service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the continued growth of a successful domiciliary care branch.
As Care Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care while driving operational performance, recruitment, quality, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
- Recruit, develop, and retain care staff
- Manage branch performance and workforce planning
- Support business development and local growth initiatives
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor service quality, compliance, and governance
- Manage incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns appropriately
- Ensure accurate records, audits, and operational reporting
- Promote a positive and professional culture throughout the team
- Support with on-call
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a leader who can balance quality care, operational performance, and team development.
You will have:
- Experience managing a domiciliary care or community care service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance
- Experience supporting recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support branch growth

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Domiciliary Care Management experience
- Registered Manager experience
- Branch management or operational leadership experience
- Experience working within CQC-regulated services
