Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people?
Path House Medical Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Care Navigator to join our friendly and supportive team. Serving approximately 17,300 patients, we are a busy, forward-thinking practice committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
About The Role
A Care Navigator is the vital first point of contact for patients accessing our services. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will help patients access the right care, from the right person, at the right time.
Please note that a significant proportion of this role involves telephone work. Successful candidates will spend much of their working day answering a high volume of patient calls, assessing patients' needs, booking appointments, and ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate member of the healthcare team.
Applicants should be confident communicators with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain professional, compassionate, and efficient in a busy environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
