Company: Home Instead Location: Sheffield & Barnsley Pay: £13.00–£13.50 per hour + paid mileage Average Earnings: potential £26,325 pro rata Contract: Part-Time – Guaranteed hours contracts available. As a Care Professional, you’ll support clients with a personalised service that helps them remain independent and connected to their community. Your visits may include: Companionship and meaningful conversation Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing) Meal preparation Medication prompts Light household tasks Shopping and attending appointments Who We’re Looking For You do not need previous care experience — values matter far more. Qualifications Qualifications What You’ll Need: A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships A positive, can-do attitude Reliability, respect, and trustworthiness A genuine desire to improve the lives of others No Experience? No Problem. You do not need previous qualifications or experience in care to join Home Instead. We provide industry-leading training and ongoing support to help you succeed as a Care Professional.
