Quality Officer
Location: 70% field-based, 30% office-based – Cambridgeshire Salary: £14 per hour

About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Officer to join our established team in Northamptonshire. This role primarily involves field-based support to clients and care workers, aligned with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards.
Caroline Cares For You is a renowned live-in care provider delivering:
- Block care/support
- Live-in care
- Night care services

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to care staff
- Conduct probation reviews and staff supervisions
- Carry out announced and unannounced spot checks
- Perform administrative tasks:
- Write medication records
- Develop and maintain care plans
- Compile relevant quality reports
- Undertake on-call phone duties on a rota basis
Ideal Candidate
Must have:
- Demonstrated previous experience within the care sector
- Problem-solving ability and a challenge-driven mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- A passionate client-focused approach
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Requirements
- Clean full UK driving license, with a vehicle needed for fieldwork
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Solid understanding of CQC standards to ensure high compliance
