What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Services Development Lead, you will be at the heart of the Care Services team reporting into the Care Services Business Operations Manager, working closely with both internal and external key stakeholders, across the Healthcare Business Unit and Social Care market.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be accountable for the following on a day-to-day basis:

  • Supporting ongoing project work across the Care Services Business by providing key pharmacy insights and data analytics where needed.
  • Upholding key relationships with stakeholders internally across the Healthcare, Learning & Development and HR business units.
  • Maintaining an ongoing relationship with key stakeholders in the external Care Sector, especially in relation to exhibition events and the Care Services marketing agenda.
  • Developing and overseeing the 'business as usual' processes of the Care Services Central Support Team.
  • Ongoing data analysis to contribute towards Care Services forecasting and analysing ongoing trends (i.e. items, occupancy, losses)
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all teams within the Care Services wider team.

What You'll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Solid understanding of Care Services dispensing operations and care home workflows is highly beneficial, enabling informed decision-making and effective support for operational teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams to drive shared outcomes.
  • Strong digital and IT proficiency, with the capability to quickly adopt new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
