Care Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has opened up within our Reading branch for a Care Supervisor.
Job Purpose
To support the team both in the field and in the office, including a commitment to our out of hours on-call duties on our monthly rota.

Let’s talk about the role, you will:
- Support care consultations, service reviews and completing client support plans.
- Conduct staff supervisions and client QA’s.
- Create, update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records.
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
- Carry out client reviews and action these accordingly.
- Support and mentor Care Professionals.
- Provide support to the Client Experience team.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
- Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
- Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
- Have a full and clear UK driver's licence.
- Have reliable access to a fully insured car
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Have prior Care experience and completed a Care Certificate
- Minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 - equivalent or above

Additional Information
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Plus on call pay + Other benefits
- Hours: 35 hours per week, plus on call duties as per office rota.
