Responsibilities
As a Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the safe and high-quality delivery of our care services
- Support your team through recruitment, induction and supervision
- Ensure we’re compliant with regulatory regulations and our company standards
- Monitor quality, manage risk, and drive improvements across your teams
- Work closely with the Manager to meet KPIs and growth targets
- Quality and compliance audits

Requirements
- A social care qualification (Level 5 or willingness to work toward it)
- Experience in domiciliary and social care management
- Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed
