Care & Support Assistant

Caring Support Worker (Temporary Basis)

Location Castle Dene Residential Home – BH8 0DB


The Role

Pay Rate £13.05 – £13.30 per hour

Hours Part-time: Up to 24 hours per week

Shift Pattern 07:00–19:00 (includes alternate weekend working)

What You’ll Do

As part of our care team, you’ll:

✔ Ensure residents feel ** safe, happy, and independent** ✔ Provide personalised care aligned to their preferences ✔ Assist with daily tasks, such as mobility support and personal care needs ✔ Encourage an active lifestyle through engaging social activities ✔ Build warming friendships and strong rapport with residents ✔ Work collaboratively in a positive, team-focused environment
