The Role: Care Assistants (Relief) – Amherst Court, Chatham, Kent
We are currently seeking reliable, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team at Amherst Court Care Home in Chatham, Kent, as Care Assistants for relief shifts (days and nights).
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Be reliable, professional, and approachable, with strong communication skills
- Work effectively as a team player with a flexible approach
- Support individualised care, ensuring residents lead a positive, engaging lifestyle
- Assist with daily activities and well-being while delivering compassionate care

Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Providing personal care to residents
- Supporting and encouraging the well-being of our residents
- Assisting with all activities of daily living
