Avante Care & Support is excited to announce Wain House, our brand-new, purpose-built care home offering exceptional residential and dementia care in a modern, welcoming setting.
We’re now recruiting for Care & Support Assistants to join our founding team. If you're passionate about care, take pride in your work, and want to help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role
Role
As a Care & Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent care and leading by example. You'll:
- Provide personal care and daily support
- Encourage well-being and independence
- Create a positive and engaging environment for residents
