Job Description
Support Worker Opportunities – Ely, Soham, Littleport, Haddenham and Sutton
We are looking for individuals with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes to deliver outstanding support to our service users in our Supported Living and community care teams based in Ely and nearby regions.
No prior experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive in this role. Ideally, you should be a driver with your own transport. Visits in this service are usually a minimum of 1 hour.

Your responsibilities may range from light domestic tasks to full personal care—each making a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Working Hours & Services
Our care is provided 24/7, so we offer flexible shifts tailored to your availability. You’ll be matched with regular customers, ensuring continuity and enriching relationships. We also offer roles in our domiciliary care service, and you may be asked to work across services as needed.
Supported Living roles include waking night shifts and sleep-in duties. Our Community Teams offer visits ranging from 1 to 9 hours.
