Care / Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, health, and well-being. You will be a key part of our dedicated team, helping to deliver care that is respectful, dignified, and meets the individual needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.

Assist with mobility, including moving and positioning clients safely.

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.

Qualifications And Skills

Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

A caring, empathetic nature and a passion for helping others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
