Permanent | Full-Time | Contract (37.5 hrs/week)

At Lifeways Group in Brentwood, Essex, we are seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes and communities.
- Support our service users with:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health conditions

Location & Contract Details
📍 Locations: CM13 2ER, CM13 1RH, CM13 1NZ 🕒 Hours: Mix of shifts, including:
- Day shifts: 08:00–16:00
- Evening shifts: 08:00–22:00
- Sleep-ins: 22:00–08:00 (some nights) 🚗 Requirement: A driving licence may be necessary for certain roles.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will help clients achieve independence and well-being by:
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
- Supporting meal planning, cooking, and shopping
- Managing household tasks and tidying
- Facilitating hobby, leisure, and social activities
- Building confidence and life skills
- Monitoring health, wellbeing, and safety needs
- Recording progress and collaborating with the care team
Salary & Benefits
💰 £12.71 per hour (raising potential earnings above £2,000 in total yearly benefits)
