We are currently looking for a male support worker as per service user requirements.

About The Role

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a unique shift pattern:

  • ⏰ 9am–10pm, followed by a sleep-in shift (10pm–7am), then 7am–9am the next morning
  • 🚗 You’ll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company cars

You’ll Be Supporting One Individual With

  • Autism
  • Communication difficulties
  • Epilepsy
  • Learning disabilities

They’re independent in many ways—dressing, personal care, eating—but need support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. You’ll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way.

Activities Include

  • Walks and café visits
  • Music-filled car journeys
  • Updating their activity board
  • Relaxing at home with a calm, consistent presence

Support is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be:

  • A Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
  • Or someone brand new to care, with the right attitude and a big heart
