Join Lifeways in Burton-on-Trent – Make a Real Difference Close to Home

At Lifeways, we’re proud to be part of the local community, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent lives. Right now, our welcoming team at River Lodge in Burton-on-Trent is looking for compassionate and dedicated people to join us as Support Workers.

This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful connections, develop your skills, and make a lasting impact in your local area. Whether you already have experience in care or you’re taking your first step into the sector, we’ll give you the training, guidance and support you need to succeed.

About The Role

  • Part-time: 22.5 hours
  • Shifts: 07:30–14:30 or 14:30–21:30
  • Part-time roles: will mainly cover weekends
  • Full-time roles: include working every other weekend

About River Lodge

River Lodge is home to eight adults, providing specialist support for people with autism, learning disabilities and more complex needs.
