Care & Support Worker - Ellacombe

Care Support Worker – Norwich

£13.81 per hour (days) + enhancements | 40.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A Day In The Life

As a Care Support Worker, you’ll:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Work as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and service users by participating in wellbeing events and activities to create a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly, while communicating with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Ellacombe

Ellacombe is a residential care home located in Thorpe Hamlet, near the centre of Norwich. Our home specialises in providing short-term and long-term care and support, particularly for individuals living with dementia.
