Job Description

Support Worker – Filbert Close, Hatfield

Contract Options: 37.5 hours full-time (Driver Essential) & bank

Shift Pattern: Day shifts across Monday–Sunday, 08:00–15:00 & 15:00–22:00

Weekend Work: Alternate weekends

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence Essential

We’re currently recruiting Support Workers for Filbert Close, a vibrant supported living service in Hatfield. This purpose-built location offers seven spacious one-bedroom apartments and a communal space for group activities like arts and crafts and discos. The service supports adults with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions.

At Filbert Close, you’ll be part of a team that helps people live independently, learn new skills, and enjoy a calm yet socially engaging environment. From gardening in the vegetable plot to trips to Southend and London Zoo, every day is an opportunity to make a difference.
