Drivers license is a requirement for this role due to service user needs.

We help all different types of people with a range of physical & learning difficulties and other complex needs, who are looking for support with everyday tasks but still want to live independent lives. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant working with sensory impairments.

We are a 365 day a year service that includes weekends and holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas. You would also be required to go away with our service user to support on their holidays. The ideal candidate MUST be confident and happy to undertake the following activities; bike riding, horse riding, swimming (they will be required to get in the water and swim), trampolining and canoeing. This is non-negotiable.
