About the Role
Are you compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a meaningful impact? Lifeways is seeking Support/Care Workers to join their team in Wroxham, Norfolk, to support individuals with diverse needs—whether you're experienced in social care or new to the sector.

You’ll work across a range of support needs, including but not limited to:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health needs

Shift Patterns & Work Arrangements
The service operates long day shifts of 12–14 hours, typically from 8am to 10pm. Sleep-in shifts may also form part of the role.
We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle:
- Full-time (37.5 hours)
- Part-time (20–30 hours)
- Sessional (0-hour contract, bank hours only)
