Full-time (35 hours per week) Shifts operate in two bands:
- 7:30 AM — 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM — 9:30 PM (Rota-based across weekdays and weekends)
Driving licence required: Full UK Manual licence (due to service location)

At Lifeways Group in Leamington Spa, we are seeking compassionate and proactive Support Workers to join our team dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and complex learning disabilities.

Your Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Personal care and wellbeing support
- Medication assistance (where applicable)
- Meal planning, preparation, and provision
- Assistance with household tasks
- Planning and leading hobbies, activities, and social events
- Building confidence and promoting independence
- Monitoring and responding to individuals’ needs
- Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the team

Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential for this role)
- Compassion, patience, and a dedication to supporting individuals with autism and complex needs
- Willingness to follow training and guidelines
