Job Description
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) – sleep-ins required for most roles in Lincoln
- Full UK driving license is required
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker at Lifeways, your role will be vital in helping individuals:
- Support with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks
- Encourage hobbies and activities such as gardening, table tennis, pool, football, music, and cooking
- Promote independence and wellbeing through community outings
- Accompany individuals on day trips
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
