Care Support Workers – Make a Real Difference in Longton

At Lifeways, we’re proud to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent lives. We’re now looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Longton, where every day brings new experiences, meaningful connections, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Our Longton residential home has been part of the community for over 20 years. It’s a spacious, wheelchair-accessible property with private bedrooms and welcoming communal areas. Most of the people we support have lived here for many years — it’s truly their home.

  • Day shifts with the potential for sleep-ins. Shift times are 07:30–21:30 and 07:30–17:00.
