Make a Difference – Right Here in Your Community

Are you looking for a role where you can truly make a difference close to home? Do you enjoy supporting others, building relationships, and being part of a friendly, supportive team?

You're not just anyone. From every day life, to changing someone's world.

Job Description

Why Join Us in Meir?

Weston Road is more than just a workplace — it’s a vibrant, supportive home where people with learning disabilities and autism are empowered to live independent, fulfilling lives.

Located in a well-connected residential area, you’ll be working in a community that offers everything on the doorstep. From local shops, cafés, and services to the nearby football and rugby clubs, there’s always something going on. With easy links into Stoke-on-Trent, there are even more opportunities to enjoy days out — from shopping and cinema trips to cultural attractions and leisure activities.

You’ll play a key role in helping the people we support make the most of these opportunities — whether that’s pursuing hobbies, building confidence, or simply enjoying everyday life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
