What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to live independently in their own homes. Your support could make all the difference in their day.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Encouraging social engagement, hobbies, and community activities
- Being a trusted companion—brightening someone’s day with kindness
