Job Description
We are looking for people who have the right values, behaviours and attitudes to give the very best support to our service users who are supported within the supported living team in Sudbury, Haverhill, Lavenham, Long Melford, Great Cornard, Glemsford, and surrounding areas. You do not need to have previous experience as we will train and support you as you develop your experience within the role, ideally you would need to be a driver with your own transport.

The demand for our support services across the area is increasing and as such we need new and experienced support workers to join us so we can continue to deliver high-quality personal care through our local, well-supported care worker teams. Your duties may range from light domestic tasks to full personal care. By helping our customers to carry out everyday tasks you make a big difference to their lives.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so we can offer flexible hours. We work hard to ensure that you see the same customers regularly, providing continuity and allowing you to build up a good working relationship. We try to match like-minded support workers and customers so that your job becomes as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. There is also work available in our domiciliary care service, you may be required to work across services when needed.
