Shifts & Hours

We Offer Flexibility And Consistency To Help You Thrive

  • Shift patterns: Full time/part time - 7am-3pm/3pm-10pm (flexibility will be key as this could change).
  • Alternate weekend working required

Locations include: SO31 (services are reachable by bus routes)

What You’ll Be Doing

At Lifeways Southampton, you’ll be part of a passionate team helping people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs live life on their own terms—with independence, dignity, and joy.
