Full time and Sessional hours only Mix of 14-hour shifts, day shifts, sleep-ins, and weekend work A full UK driving licence is essential—you’ll be supporting service users out and about

At Lifeways Weston-Super-Mare, You’ll Be Joining a Vibrant Team Supporting Five Incredible Individuals With Complex Health Needs. All Use Wheelchairs, And Two Require Hoisting For Transfers. You’ll Be Helping With
Full personal care and pad changes Medication support and health monitoring Assistance with eating and drinking Accessing the community—whether it’s a trip to the shops, a walk in the park, or a swim at the local pool Finding new activities and opportunities to enrich lives
