Care Support Worker
Location: Yardley
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours per Week
Shift Patterns: 8am–8pm | 8am–2pm | 2pm–8pm
Essential: Previous care experience
Desirable: Manual driving licence (not essential)

A Role Full of Purpose
You'll be supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, Down's syndrome, cerebral palsy and other complex support needs to live life on their own terms.
This vibrant service consists of three homes centred around a shared courtyard, with an accessible garden and BBQ area where regular garden parties bring everyone together during the warmer months.
No two days are the same. The people we support enjoy a wide variety of activities and interests, including:
- Arts and crafts
- Shopping trips
- Going to church
- Music and cinema visits
- Swimming and fitness activities
- Rock climbing
- Socialising in the local community
- Day trips to the seaside
- Bowling, bingo and visits to local pubs
Located in the heart of Yardley, the service benefits from easy access to local cafés, shops, libraries and leisure facilities. We regularly make use of South Yardley Library, Stechford Leisure Centre and Birmingham's many attractions, including museums, theatres, galleries and shopping destinations.
