Where You’ll Be Working

This application is for roles based at Yeovil. You’ll be based at one service only, so no hopping between sites.

You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including limited communication. Some use boards to express themselves, and you’ll be part of a team that helps them live independently, safely, and happily.


What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different, and every moment counts. You’ll be helping with:

  • Personal care and daily routines
  • Cooking, cleaning, and household tasks
  • Medication and financial support
  • Emotional wellbeing and companionship
  • Community outings, hobbies, and discovering new activities

Whether it’s helping someone prepare a meal, supporting them on a trip into town, or simply being a calm and caring presence, you’ll be making a real impact.
