Care Team Leader
Care Team Leader – Fairlawn
Location: Fairlawn, St Marys Road, Ferndown, BH22 9HB
Salary: Up to £33,370 per annum
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexibility to work alternate weekends is essential.
Shift Pattern: 07:45 – 20:00

We’re looking for someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and inspire their team to deliver the best care possible every day.
You’ll have:
- Completed an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full competency in medication administration
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery of quality care for residents with support from Senior Care and Care Assistants.
- Ensure team members receive optimised guidance and are fully supported during shifts.
- Administer medication to residents as required.
- Liaise with medical professionals and resident families to coordinate care.
