Care Team Leader

Join Our Caring Community at Marjorie House

Role: Care Team Leader

Location: 1 Crichel Mount Road, Poole, BH14 8LT

Pay: Up to £33,370 per annum

Hours: 36.75 hours over 3 days, to include alternate weekends

Shift Pattern: 07:45 - 20:00


Are you a natural leader within a caring profession?

We’re looking for someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and be able to inspire and nurture a team to be at their best every day.

You’ll have completed a NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents, collaborating with a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
  • Ensure your team is supported and guided throughout their shifts
  • Administer medication to residents as required
  • Liaise with external medical professionals and employee’s families
  • Maintain care standards in line with Care South values
