Team Leader – Supported Living Service

Location: Vincent Place, Stevenage, SG1

Salary: £13.15 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced and motivated leader ready to take the next step in your career? At Glenholme Healthcare, we are looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our specialist-supported living service at Vincent Place in Stevenage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Create and oversee tailored care plans in partnership with healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the service meets CQC standards and continuously drive quality improvements.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
  • Provide hands-on support, including personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience in health or social care, ideally within learning disability services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • A compassionate, person-centred approach and a commitment to dignity and respect.
  • Solid understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
