Key Responsibilities
- Support the wellbeing of residents, ensuring they feel at home amidst a warm environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich residents’ lives, integrating company policies while delivering tailored personalised care in line with individual care plans.
- Foster social engagement and activities in daily routines—turning days into memorable moments.
- Act as a mentor and guide Care Assistants, encouraging growth and helping them unlock their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred: Experience in care, including a NVQ3/SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate clearly and adaptably.
- A natural team player, navigating tasks with keen collaboration.
- Kindness and genuine integrity—you share warmth and empathy.
