Care Team Leader Nights

Meadow View Residential Care Home London £15.73 per hour 39 hours per week, available on night duty (8pm start, 12-hour shifts) Includes alternate weekend working

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the wellbeing of residents, ensuring they feel at home amidst a warm environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich residents’ lives, integrating company policies while delivering tailored personalised care in line with individual care plans.
  • Foster social engagement and activities in daily routines—turning days into memorable moments.
  • Act as a mentor and guide Care Assistants, encouraging growth and helping them unlock their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferred: Experience in care, including a NVQ3/SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adaptably.
  • A natural team player, navigating tasks with keen collaboration.
  • Kindness and genuine integrity—you share warmth and empathy.
