Role
Role: Care Team Leader
Hours: Part time, 29.5 hours per week
Shifts: Working 4 shifts per week. 2 early shifts 06.45 - 14.30 and 2 late shifts 14.15 - 22.15pm with sleep in with each late shift. No extra payment for sleep in as this is included in hourly rate. More hours may become available to work for overtime. Working pattern on a 4 weekly rota and will be required to work every other weekend.

Salary: £16.59 per hour
Location: Sunley Court, Piper Hill Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 7RJ.
Extracare does not participate in the current “UK Visa Sponsorship” scheme and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure correct procedures are followed
- Develop, implement and maintain individual care and support plans
- Provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network
- Ensure residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence
- Ensure all administrative systems are implemented effectively
Our Ideal Candidate
- An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or will work towards this qualification)
- Experience in managing a team within a similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills
