Your Responsibilities
- Leading a Team: Manage and support a team of Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants, or Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Empowering Independence:
- Work in Pendle Gardens, a unique home offering the freedom of private flats with communal spaces and 24/7 support.
- Encourage residents to take an active role in daily decisions—from decorating their space to contributing to household management.
- Supporting Meaningful Activities:
- Help individuals engage in fulfilling opportunities, from social outings to planning personalised calendars of leisure and engaging experiences.
- Facilitate and enjoy community involvement – supporting during leisure activities, special occasions, and celebrations.
- Communication & Inclusivity:
- Lead the team in effective communication, respecting and addressing individual communication needs.
- Ensure individuals can express themselves confidently and connect with others.
